Webinar Description

On Tuesday, March 7 and Wednesday, March 8, NDTAC and State coordinators presented the Applications topical call focused on designing a high-quality application that meets the federal requirements outlined in TIPD statute. The first half of the presentation covered regulatory requirements and highlighted tools available to State coordinators as they develop their applications. The second half of the presentation included presentations by seasoned State coordinators on their application process and providing real-life examples of the application in practice. NDTAC’s goal is to provide information so that State coordinators:

  • Have a clear understanding of the required components of the subpart 1 & 2 application.
  • Are able to identify and locate available NDTAC and Department of Education resources to assist them in their application design.
  • Understand the optional components available to them to enhance their application.
  • Are able to learn from other promising state models presented by seasoned State coordinators.
