Webinar Description
On November 4th, 2024 at 12-1pm ET, and November 6th, 2024 at 3-4pm ET, NDTAC held a Data Clinic for Title I, Part D State coordinators on the program data lifecycle. The Clinic introduced EDFacts, covered data collection requirements, and featured an interactive workshop on downloading and using EDFacts. Participants accessed public Title I, Part D data, engaged in data analysis, and concluded with a discussion on how data analysis can inform program decisions. This Clinic was designed for Title I, Part D State coordinators and anyone who is responsible for collecting and submitting Title I, Part D data.
Presenters
Alexander Gabriel is a TA provider and senior data analyst with NDTAC. He is experienced in quantitative research methods with expertise in education policy and data visualization. He partners with federal, state, and local agencies to empower stakeholders to use data to drive program decisions. He also develops innovative data tools to support data transparency and strategic data use.
Claire Kelley leads NDTAC grantee data monitoring activities including the development of data visualizations, and data TA and advises on reporting functions. She leverages her expertise in data science, federal data sets (especially USED), federal annual reporting, and data visualization.
