The U.S. Departments of Justice, Education, and Health and Human Resources are pleased to announce the final SSD Webinar event on the School Discipline Consensus Report. This webinar will focused on the tools, strategies, and supports policymakers and practitioners can use to implement the recommendations described in The Council of State Governments' School Discipline Consensus Report: Strategies from the Field to Keep Students Engaged in School and out of the Juvenile Justice System. Specifically, the webinar addressed resources that support effective data collection and analysis and the sharing of student-level information effective strategies to braid and blend funding streams and reallocate resources; products and tools that can support jurisdictions' efforts; and opportunities for training and technical assistance. The webinar also highlighted localities that are currently successfully implementing these recommendations.
