The Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) has released “Partnering With Youth and Families: A Best Practices Guide for Youth Justice Stakeholders.” This guide is designed to help youth justice agencies develop strategies that support interaction, engagement, and partnerships with youth and families. The guide includes a sample readiness assessment tool to evaluate an organization’s preparedness and capacity to engage effectively with youth and families.
