NDTAC’s newest program profile begins with the basics on community day programs including a broad overview of a typical community day program and a short description of the statutory and regulatory relevance of community day programs to the Part D program. The second part of the profile compliments the community day program overview by highlighting three community day programs identified by State education agencies in Idaho, Montana, and Tennessee.

Education Advocate Program
Washington State

Discusses Washington State’s 2004 pilot transition program, subsequently expanded across the State, to serve both system-involved youth and prevention services.
