Each State is assigned a technical assistance advisor through NDTAC and a Program Officer through the Department of Education. These individuals are available to answer your Title I, Part D questions, provide one-on-one support, and share resources that will aid in your program administration. Daniel Froemel Senior Technical Assistance Advisor, Longevity Consulting Dan Froemel, Ed.D., is a senior training and technical assistance advisor for NDTAC at Longevity Consulting, providing direct consultation to program State coordinators and the Department of Education Program Office. | 
Obioma Okogbue Technical Assistance Coordinator, Child Trends Obioma Okogbue is a technical assistance analyst who leads the NDTAC helpdesk and support development of TA activities and products at Child Trends. She has expertise providing training and TA and developing TA products for state health and education agencies. |

Daron Clark Technical Assistance Coordinator, Longevity Consulting Daron Clark serves as a Technical Assistance Coordinator for NDTAC. She has extensive customer service and grants management experience. She facilitates the NDTAC helpdesk communications and other Center technical assistance activities. | 
Mark Ziegler-Thayer Program Officer, Title I, Part D, U.S. Department of Education, Office of Elementary and Secondary Education Mark Ziegler-Thayer joined the Title I, Part D team at the U.S. Department of Education in July of 2023 through the Presidential Management Fellows program. Before coming to ED, they were a research associate at the American Institutes for Research, as well as a kindergarten educator in schools in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Camden, New Jersey. |

Heather Denny Program Officer, Title I Part D, U.S. Department of Education, Office of Elementary and Secondary Education Heather Denny joined the Title I, Part D team at the U.S. Department of Education in January of 2022. Prior to that she served as Montana’s State Coordinator for the Title I, Part D program for seven years, as a school district homeless liaison, and as a classroom teacher for students in grades 6-12. | 
Jeffery Buehler Program Officer, Title I, Part D, U.S. Department of Education, Office of Elementary and Secondary Education After working with children, youth, and families for 11 years, Jeff coordinated a technical assistance center that delivered professional development that supported the quality improvement efforts of 200+ youth programs annually. To meet the rising needs of out-of-school time education, Jeff launched Project LIFTOFF, a Midwestern initiative to secure the resources necessary for quality STEM learning in youth programs. |
